How to buy.
Our Jewellery range can be easily viewed in our online shop, where you can place your enquiry. We then email you an exact quote for your item. If you prefer you can place an order over the telephone.

Payment.
Once your Jewellery has been quoted for at the current market price you can pay your deposit, and final payment through our payments page. Online payments are made through PayPal which is very secure. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility and it accepts all major credit or debit cards. We also welcome you to pay via a cheque or in cash.

Delivery.
Details for delivery will be confirmed in your final quotation, dependent on where you would like it to be delivered, or if you are collecting the item(s). Typical delivery would be Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured) @ £10.

Returns.
Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item, providing the item is unworn and in its original packaging. If you return the item at a later date (within 2 months) we would be delighted to offer you a credit note. All items must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Kristina Charrington is not responsible for the cost of returned items or for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. Please note that all commissions / bespoke items are non-returnable.

Ring sizing.
We have ring sizing gauges available to send out, please email to make a request if required.

Postage and Packaging.
All postage and packaging charges are included in the prices quoted for our jewellery. All items are beautifully giftwrapped in Kristina Charrington boxes.

Appointments.
The main office is in the Cotswolds, however Kristina does work 1 day a week in London.
