A £10 charge will be added to all orders to be posted (by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK which is tracked and insured).

Collection
Jewellery can be collected in person from Gloucestershire or London (by appointment).
Returns
If the piece of jewellery is not a success please return it within 7 days of receipt and we would be happy to give you a full refund less postage. We will give you a credit note if you return the jewellery within 30 days.
